Assistant Chief Wayne Fanslau and Firefighter Bryan Eveland completed the Firefighter II Pro-Board Certification Class. The class started in February every other weekend through May for over 90 hours at the Camden County Emergency Response Training Center. This new program consisted of various lectures and practical evolutions to meet the competencies for certification in the State of New Jersey and Pro Board Certification. This course met the N.F.P.A. 1001 standard for level II certification. The course is designed to instruct the students on the subjects and modules required for Fire Fighter II certification. Both Assistant Chief Fanslau and FF Eveland were tested on all practical skills and were required to pass a Pro-Board written examination to receive their accreditation.
